I bought this same blazer about ten years ago, and it is the BEST travel jacket. It's a 38 and always was a bit snug. So I ordered the 40 as soon as it became available recently. It is more snug than the 38, fits uncomfortably, and has only two buttons. The three button version was perfect / more versatile. I returned the 40 and ordered a 42 because there is still no better product out there.UPDATE: The 42 arrived and fits perfectly. Magically, it looks good too. The lack of a third button is corrected by a neck button for when you get caught in the cold wind. There is still no better product out there.
