Recovering from a recent ankle break. I wear my compression sock during the day and I put this on at night so I can massage my scar tissue in the morning. It’s a high quality compression wrap. I would highly recommended being very mindful and methodical when using this wrap because it can be dangerous if wrapped too tight because it doesn’t have a ton of “give” in it like a regular ace bandage does. Have your PT therapist show you how to use it! It’s expensive but worth it in the proper context :)
