Have had these for more than 2 years now and they are great! About to reorder too! You need to be vigilant in cleaning OFF the detritus that sticks to the Velcro but they have given me consistent compression for my bilateral lymphedema. Besides being adjustable in some ways to the changes in size of my lower legs, these have been what I use for support that is adjustable and has helped reduce my inflammation. Had I bought custom stockings I would have had to replace them frequently, at great cost. Besides these are so much easier to put on! I use elastic tubing bandaging material under them so they are not directly against me skin and that helps maintain the pressure on my legs. I wear these pretty much 7/24 and I recommend them highly!
