The garment is soft and comfortable. I bought it to wear after my arm lift but it seems to be a tad too big for my arms and a little tight around the stomach area. Going to order just the arm compression garment without the bra.This is very comfortable and very helpful for my lymphoma. I just wished the sleeves were two inches longer.I am a size 36C 5’4” 170 pounds and a large fits perfectly. Extra firm compression for back and armsThe only problem with this garment is the arm size. I wear a size 4 dress, bought a medium and it was way too tight.not good qualityLooks pretty well made, I like the soft, cottony fabric and 3/4 length sleeves, but the medium was so small I didn’t even bother trying on the small. I have another, similar vest by a different maker in size small and it’s just a little snug, so I was hoping the M would be just right but no way. The other garment also has 3 rows of eyes for a more customized fit, this one has only one.
