Vests are adjustable at the sides & shoulders, so measurements don’t need to correspond exactly. If a looser fit is preferred, size up. How much weight should I insert into the vest pockets? Around 5-10% of the wearer’s body weight is a common standard; never exceed 15%. Each vest comes with 2lb of weight included (the XXS comes with only 1lb).
