A little disappointed. The pros for this cold wrap are that they can be wrapped around any part of your body and conform to it. At first it's the perfect temperature and you get instant relief.The cons are that it immediately begins to get warm and the relief you thought you were going to get goes away so quickly. The wrap itself is easy enough to handle, but has a slimy feel. I'm just not going to use it again. Back to good a old fashioned cold wraps.
