I am impressed by the build quality on this garment. Marena's customer support also is very helpful when it comes to sizing...so, if in doubt, give them a call / interact with them on-line (which was very easy). NOTE: Marena's sizing does not suffer from grade "inflation." That is, their Medium is what I'd traditionally consider a medium (this is not golf shirt sizing). So, I would not go a size down.
