I purchased the backpack for a recent trip and overall I am extremely pleased with how it performed. I was able to pack 5 days worth of clothes, a laptop, headphones, toiletries, a book and diary in the pack. I like all the separate pockets, it makes it easy to keep things organized but there are almost too many pockets as I kept forgetting which zipper opened which pocket from the outside. Zippers tuck under for security which is cool. I did get a white scratch on it from jamming it into the overhead bin but nothing a sharpie couldn't fix. I do have concerns about the latches on the strap and how long they will last but so far so good.I jam packed the bag and it was very comfortable to walk around with, the straps are padded well and didn't cut into shoulders at all. On my last leg flight, it was I believe an Embraer or one of the smaller overhead bin planes, they asked everyone with a roller bag to check it but because this a backpack I was exempt and it fit (with a little umpf) just perfectly in the overhead. Save me waiting to pick up my bad on the jetway.Overall very pleased, hope the quality of the bag holds over time.
