I Love these and will be buying two more pairs. I bought them for leg support and relief as someone who stands for about 12 hours at work every day. A small fits me well at 5'3" and 139 lbs. There is plenty of toe room, and I wear a size 8 1/2 shoe. The fabric is noticeably shiny and isn't exactly "sheer", so beware that they will be noticeable if you wear them with a skirt.The pantyhose take some serious work to get on, and keeping them from twisting and bunching is essential for preventing really uncomfortable areas of pinching. Once pulled on, though, they feel great. The longest I have worn them has been for 14 hours comfortably. They seem pretty durable. They have even survived my husband accidentally washing them with our regular laundry and putting them in the dryer set on high heat.
