I spent a long time finding a replacement for my business travel backpack and the Level 8 kept coming out on top. While I haven’t had it long I can already state that I am happy with my choice. The size is sufficient for my technology and some travel essentials. Plenty of space without being too bulky (fits under the airline seat). Construction is solid and I expect it to last. Plenty of pockets to secure items but still has open space for larger things. Convenient pockets for quick access and hidden pockets to secure those items that need to be hard to get to by passerby. It fits my 6’1” frame well. The 180° opening laptop section is convenient, the padding in the laptop section is excellent, the luggage handle straps are snug and well place, and the carry handle is very sturdy (a missing element on many other bags). Well padded straps and back mesh round out this bag. The appearance is professional enough for the office but it wears and travels like a good travel pack. All of this at a significantly lower price point than other similarly featured bags make this an item you should give serious consideration to. To consider: If you are small framed it may be too big and if you pack it as full as it could be packed it is unlikely to fit under an airline seat. I may add a chest strap but that is easy to do and may not be necessary. I did secure the strap adjustment webbing with small clips to keep them “under control and out of the way” (2 minute fix). I doubt you will regret purchasing this bag.
