Theses cells out out what they say. Quality is okay and they are not hard to solder with the available dog bone connectors. Here is the bad/horrible. I bought 30 cells to make two 9V panels. I needed a smaller size for my project. Of my 30 cells, 5 of them are testing only mVs of potential meaning they are bad cells. I experienced a 15 to 20 percent failure rate out of the box. Plan to buy a lot extra and test them as you put them together. Seller wasn't helpful when asked about failures.
