We installed this valve that a customer supplied us . The first problem was the lack of installation paperwork, mainly rough in depths for stem/Finnish wall requirements for proper estuchion/handle clearance . We installed the valve and pressure tested. All good we then finished the tile surround , then we started the assembly of the estuchion/ handles. only to find that the hot water valve wouldn't stop the flow of water/ we replaced the faucet washer and had to grind the seat and only then could we stop the flow of water if we applied excessive force on the handle.after trying to find the proper parts on this web site all it stated was to use old price printer stems.
