Beyond that, they honor their warranties and make it as simple as possible - go to their website, fill out the form, and boom... new cover is on the way.Few covers for our tent trailer, boats or barbeque have ever made it through the second summer here in Arizona where summertime temps of 120+ are the norm and the sun is beyond harsh.We first bought this cover in July of 2018, just as the temps got really high. In full sun and with no other protection, it weathered the high winds and blazing sun for the first 2 years showing little wear at all. As the third summer began, high winds tore it where it had been weakened by the sun.I hopped on their website, filled out the online form with a few pics and a brand new cover was delivered within a week. This was the June of 2021.The replacement cover made it 4 years! That's simply unheard of here. Granted, I turned the cover around for the last summer so the side that was in better shape took the brunt of the afternoon sun but still, that's just amazing.Now, in Jan 2025 I'm back to buy another one. Reminder that I haven't paid for a cover since 2018. Warranties matter, companies that honor them matter more. Companies that make it this easy? They've got my business for life.We also bought a big barbeque grill cover from Classic Accessories in 2020. It's well out of warranty but still looks and feels brand new. It's somewhat protected from the sun so if harsh sun isn't an issue for you, you'll likely get much more life from their covers than I've talked about here.
