There is a crack on the inside layer of the mug, meaning my old coffee, dirty soap water, has been inside my mug! I haven't been using this for anything extraordinary--hot coffee only, taking into my car, putting it on my office desk. Not even any dishwashers! How do I know there's a leak?? When I fill it up with water, coffee drains INTO it from the crack! And, not a darn thing Starbucks will do to get you a new one! This souvenir mug is only practical for 6 months :(
