I had a unusual situation with my XGEAR RV cover in contacting Leader Accessories customer service they replied to my situation right away and we where able to resolve situation without any problem. Awesome customer service.Well, more like the “pretty decent coverup”.But truth be told, I don’t really have any point of reference. This is the first one of these things I have ever owned. My wife and I just recently purchased our first camper. It’s just a used little 19’ trailer but we are loving it. So living here in New England, I want to cover it for the winter. This guy has pretty good reviews and I figured that the price was reasonable enough that even if I only get one season out of it, it will have been worth it.The cover arrived well packed and fairly quickly. My number one complaint is that it came with zilch for instructions. Maybe if I had used one before it wouldn’t be all that big a deal, but as a virgin, I was very confused. All kinds of accessories also came with, but I have no clue what they are for. I’m not too concerned with that, because the cover is easily large enough to cover the entire camper, including the wheels, spare and the tongue jack. It’s big but not obnoxiously so. After a little bit of fussing it is easy enough to get it on. But then you have about a million straps. I only used a few and then what I did is tied the rest to some long tent stakes and staked it down into the ground. lol. Not quite professional but it ain’t gonna go anywhere! All in all, the material is better quality than I expected. The stitching is fairly robust, and God knows that there are plenty of straps!Like I said, I’m gonna be happy if it just lasts through this winter. Any more than that I will consider a bonus. I promise I will update come spring. For now, I’m going four stars just for the initial impression and the value. So far, I recommendThanks for readingEdit April 9th, 2021: Well, I promised an update. It’s a keeper! Made it through the winter just fine. It has one very small tear, but I think it’s my fault. Water built up in a depression between the camper and the tongue jack and then froze. The weight of the ice caused a small rip in the material. I wasn’t paying enough attention. Not the cover’s fault. All in all it did great and I will definitely get at least one more season out of it. So five stars for value.Purchased early. Finally got to install. Little to no instructions and not that easy to figure out. Came wrapped up like a can of worms. Spent over an hour trying to lay it out in my driveway to find the beginning and end. Got it on top of the camper with a helper. Pre-layout made getting it in place fairly easy. Had no idea how the straps went. Took some time to figure out. Straps that go over the top and around are quite useless and very long. No instructions. Toss Bag? Makes no sense and connects to nothing. Tried to unzip the sides and get open the camper door. Good luck with that. Would have to disconnect several straps and pull up the whole side of cover, as it doesn't unzip up far enough. Very inconvenient. Would not recommend for a 7' wide camper. Fit is quite sloppy. Thought it was going to keep the camper dry. Material is quite porous and water goes through it. I probably won't install again even it survives the winter. After reading reviews, we decided to go ahead and give this a chance. We sure are glad we did. It arrived a week earlier than we were expecting, which was a huge bonus as we are supposed to only be in the single digits in a couple of days. The instructions are minimal, but the key thing is to make sure the yellow tag is in the front. We somehow got it turned around and had fun rearranging it (not!). We did not get any tears, and we manhandled it a lot. We did watch a couple of videos and took the advice of cutting up pool noodles and placing them on the gutter spouts. We also placed a laundry basket over our antennae. We did not yank and pull at all. We communicated loudly if we felt resistance. It took the two of us about an hour, but that was with having to readjust it. One of the nicest things was the bag, that was included, to put rocks in and toss the straps underneath. No climbing underneath at all. We are expecting it to go a lot quicker next time.My trailer is 30ft but since trailer covers are not made for curved trailers, I opted for a bigger size and I am pleased. As you can see on the front, there is not alot of extra material. The cover fits over both ac units and would fit over the ladder if I had one. It came with poles to basically slide as you walk down but the cover is heavy and I ended up on the roof and pulled it. Much easier. It came with a tire cover for the back but it doesn’t fit at all so I put it over the jack. It also came with patches. As you can see the tires are covered but the cover did not come with tire covers. I would advise putting tennis balls on the gutters to prevent ripping. The straps are great and really secure it down and living in western OK, it’s necessary with the ridiculous wind. I have just put it in so I will have to write another comment after winter and then again in spring when OK has severe weather. All in all, I would recommend getting this cover. The material is thick, easy to install, durable so far for the windy week it has been on.This cover is everything they claim. We were a little worried about its ability to hold up in high winds but that was laid to rest the day after we covered the camper. We had some 50 MPH gusts and sustained winds of 30-35 MPH for about 24 hrs and not a single issue. The only thing that I would have liked to have is two more tension straps that go underneath the camper, this would be more peace of mind then anything though. Our trailer is on the short end of the size range, only 7.5 feet wide and with a more aerodynamic front and back than many so the cover is very baggy. Don't expect it to find anything like the photos, unless your trailer is at the longer end of the size range with more square ends.ALSO: They should also put zipper panels on the back side so you can extend the slide without removing cover.Durability......absolutely none...ripped first week it was on....very disappointed
