Flashing Panda LED Finger Ring Flashlights - 20 Pack (5 Cards of 4 Multi-Color Lights) for Parties, Concerts, Raves & Emergency Use

I thought they would be bigger, did not work for my special need grandchild.Someone else had these at our last camping trip so I wanted to get some since they seemed useful for small tasks in the dark. I was overall satisfied with the product, but out of the 20 lights, 2 didn't work, 2 were very dim and 1 was missing a finger strap. I had heard of other people having this problem when ordering these (both from other sellers and in stores), so I ordered the 20 pack hoping to get at least 10 working, which I did. For the price, I think this is acceptable.So we ordered 20, and 17 of them are very bright and work great. 3 of them didn't work. They were pretty cheap and I was warned by other buyer, but it is always still a bummer to get an order that has a few defective items in it. Oh well.I liked that it got here on time. I decided to tested it out and 3 were broken. I know it wasn't the packaging because they were well protected. I recommend but just know that some aren't going to work.Out of 20 lights, only 7 worked. Two of the lights were cracked, and one had missing batteries. The packaging was not good, and when I opened the plastic bag containing the lights, pieces of plastic and little batteries fell out. I realize that these were dirt cheap, but to have only 7 out of 20 work is just not acceptable. They are very cool, so if you really want them, be sure to order a LOT of extras so you have enough.It would have been better if we would have received an even amount of each color but they are working great and are brighter than the ones we got before from a restaurant with our tickets. They are really cool, and I would have been fine with a couple of duds at this price, but over 50%?!?I wanted to use these at favors for my daughter's party, so I need 14 of them. But, since this is an add-on item, I can't just buy another pack of 20 and return the defective ones, since I don't have another $20 of stuff to buy right now.The kids loved them.....but it took about 2.5 months to get them. If you are trying to hit a certain date, don't count on getting them on time.
