I already own a Polare briefcase/satchel, a weekender, and a sling backpack. I took two of those on a recent trip to the Caribbean and got compliments from airline staff, fellow passengers, and people in the islands. No joke!Wanting to upgrade the nylon Dopp I’ve been using for a few years, I decided to purchase this. Wow! Once again, Polare did not disappoint. This is a very well constructed leather bag.One reviewer here on Amazon had said it was smaller than they had anticipated, so I was expecting a small bag. This was actually a teeny bit larger than the one I was replacing. At about 11 inches wide, to me, the size is perfect!How I love that hefty, rich, textured leather feel! How I love that leather smell. Sure, no one will be sniffing my bag except me, but that’s their loss.Next time I travel and TSA agents elect to search my luggage, I’d be more than ready! lol
