FAB 3V Tactical Flashlight - 1 Inch Ultra Bright Speed Light for Camping, Hiking, Emergency & Outdoor Adventures

Mounted this on a Remington 870 Tactical Express using a CDM Mod-C Clamp, clamp ordered from S&J Hardware (out of stock everywhere else). It's the best clamp and light combination. I'm really happy with the quality of construction of this light. There are no fancy bells and whistles, the labeling is muted and classy (it's on the middle section, and is covered by the clamp), the brightness is blinding at night, and there is nothing sharp or protruding to snag.There is no strobe function, but that's a plus. In a tactical situation, I only want the flashlight to be either on or off without having to cycle through a bunch of unneeded options.Pros: * quality construction, sleek * rugged, military spec * bright 100-120 lumens * lightweight for its brightness * cheaper than other sellers by $20, saves $85 off retail * nothing to snag on * perfect for a rifle or shotgunCons: * pressure switch not included (another $25) * expect a 2 week turnaround, they ship from israel * uses 1 x cr123 battery, 1.5 hour runtime. but that's plenty of time for a tactical situation. * too long for a pistolI was looking for a nice, firm, bright light for my Remington 870. The Surefire grips were close to (or more than) $400 and that was too much. I wanted one, but I wanted a good one, not some cheap alternative to the Surefire. I'm glad that I kept looking until I found this one. I bought this light and the CGM Model C mount and the two go together like they were made for each other. Check out my photos. This thing is heavy, metal and tough. It's also really bright! The only reason I didn't give this five stars is because it does not come with a battery. I had to go hit the grocery store to pick up a two pack of lithium photo "123" size batteries. If I had known it didn't come with one I would have ordered a 10 pack from Amazon for the same price I paid for two.Get this light and the CGM Gear Mod-C mount!My second one of these. I like the slim cylindrical profile of this little light. It is also very sturdily built. And very bright for a one-battery light. I use lightweight Arisaka M-Lok mounts with these lights. A very clean functional solution.Excellent low profile light that packs small and weighs little, which is perfect for avoiding extra weight to an already heavy Rem 870 barrel. Plenty bright too with a quick push button just in front of the fore-end hand.I've had this light installed on my Rem 870 for some time and it has held up well to hundreds of magnum buckshot. Not as bright as some, but way more than enough light.Fits well, accessible, until you fire your first round.Flashlight ceased to function after 3rd round of 2 3/4" low-based 7.5.I'm not sure how to rely on something I can't (or don't) test.This is a solid tactical light, Very Bright.
