Any text can be changed, and we always proof customized maps so you can see how it's going to look. How Will You Track Travels? All of the Quote/Legend Styles can be personalized. You can change it from a family name to a solo traveler, change the legend points ... it's all up to you! Any way you want to use your map, we can make it happen. Choose Your Pin Colors Every push pin map include 2 boxes of pins. Adding more points to the legend? Just grab another pin color for each one! We've got more than a dozen push pin colors for you to choose from. Don't Want to Customize? Each map has options that include our most-requested quotes so they're ready to go without any customization. Plus there's an option where the text is replaced with a compass for a simple, classic look. Tips & Tricks for A Great Custom Map Pick the best size for your space. We've got single panel sizes from 40"x24", 48"x30", and to our giant 60"x40". We recommend measuring your space and marking off the area your map with cover with painter's tape or even sticky notes. That way you'll have a good feel for how it will fit your space. Need to make a big impact - go with the 60"x40"! Incorporating the map into a collage wall - the 40"x24" might be perfect!Choose a Ready-to-Hang Map. When you choose a Ready-to-Hang map, your order will be ready to start pinning right out of the box. These canvas maps are gallery-wrapped around a push pin frame and include a backing board for the pins to sink into. No additional framing is needed as the image extends all the way around the frame.Feeling crafty? If you're a DIYer or have a different plan for your map, order the Rolled version. These maps are printed on the same artist-quality canvas, they just don't include the push pin frame. We roll up the canvas and ship it to you to finish off however you'd like. Push pins are still included, and there's an extra 1.75" of background image printed beyond the edge of the map.Personalize your legend. Tracking travels of more than one person? Add in a legend point for • Family or • Together for when you're marking travels the whole crew goes on. It's much easier than trying to fit multiple pins in a single city. For example, you could create a totally unique wedding present that has four points on the legend: • Bride's Name • Groom's Name • Together • Family. The couple could then mark travels they've taken individually, travels the 2 of them take together, and travels they take with their children.Grab enough pins. Your map comes with 2 colors of pins, so don't forget to grab more if you're adding points to your legend. You'll want one color for each category. For example, a legend of • Military Deployments • Visited • Cruised would need 3 colors of pins. If you customize your map (add a new quote and/or your names), you'll receive a proof by the next business day. This is your chance to see how the map will look and make any changes.
