I purchased this portfolio as it seems to be the only one on the market large enough to properly store artwork of a larger size. I use it as storage for my concert poster collection. To that extent, this portfolio serves its purpose.The disappointment begins when I went to close the portfolio for the first time and, despite handling with care, one of the zippers breaks as I go to close it. For a product that runs close to $200, I would not have expected something as innocuous as a zipper to be flimsy and break so easily. Thankfully it zips from either end, so the purchase is not a total bust. Still disappointing, nonetheless.I cannot find a manufacturer's website to try and contact customer service, so the review gets posted here.
