Great little light! Could use a lip around the on off buttons to prevent accidentally turning it on/ leaving it on when stored.Other than that, it's great!Similar to another reviewer, Anytime you put your helmet down, the lights will get turned on. Also, who TF wants a strobe on their helmet light?!I love the low angle task/flood light and wish it came on a model with a more streamlined mount and better switch positioning.My husband has this light on his fire helmet & was using it during training & he had a crowd of other fire fighters wanting to know where he got it because the illumination, safety features to find and locate fire fighters and durability a must have to add to your gear !Works great on a fire helmet. Only thing i wish it had was a way to tilt up and down, but other than that its been used and abused and still works without an issue. The downward facing light is amazing and I use it on every night time call.Great for any environment and great for visibility on high traffic scenesI have used all different lights and this is my favorite. The people at my station use pelican, nighthawk and stream light. This is just as sturdy, mounts similar and just as bright. I've had no problems with the function of the battery compartment, and the c123 lithium have lasted for a while before I had to change. The buttons are easy to feel with fire gloves on, a dimmable button would be nice to conserve power but not needed. My most favorite function is the floor light, it's TRUE that it isnt as bright as the main light but I'm only using it to navigate and not blind others like we most often do. I would have given this light more than a 5 out of 5 if I could.So far the product seems to work well still on first set of batteriesmy light is not coming on , i am a fire fighter and this would be useful but it is not working. The only light that comes on is the green light in the back, please help me with this problem , i only had it for 2 monthsThis light has worked well so far. Lots of light output at scenes. I like the flood mode for not blinding everyone on scene and for note taking. The spot cuts through low light and has great light projection . Also the rear "buddy" light is a handy extra. The only issue I have had is one of the adjustment screws constantly coming loose. I believe that is mainly when I put my helmet down flat and it puts pressure on the body of the light. Nothing some loctite can't fix though. It is bright when it works.Best part is as soon as I changed my first set of batteries it flashed once and now won't start up again. Think it's fried. Ya me contacte con nightstick y ellos me dicen que contacte a Amazon para la garantía, pero nadie me ha contestado….Had the product 5 minutes and noticed the threads for the battery screw were damaged and the screw was put in at an angle. The box was missing the allen wrench and the 2 different allen set screws. To top it all off there was scratches on the flashlight and the lens had small scratches in it and had an opaque appearance. It looked like it had been previously used and sent directly to me missing the parts with scratches. Not impressed with Nightstick and will not be buying one of their products again.I would like to say however, that the brightness of the light was above my standards and really impressed me.
