The Edelbrock Xtreme Travel Remote Reservoir IAS Shock Absorber has combined the patented RICOR Inertia Active System with the benefits of a remote reservoir for extra travel and increased oil capacity to deliver superior performance in demanding off-road conditions. The zinc-plated finish and 5/8 rod is extremely durable for trucks and SUVs. The remote reservoir uses abrasion resistant -6 braided stainless steel lines and provides increased oil capacity for cooler operation in demanding off-road conditions. The universal remote reservoir shock absorbers have loop to loop mounting, 1/2 sleeves, 8 stroke valve and 12 feet stainless steel hoses. The high-pressure gas mono-tube construction dissipates heat more effectively for increased seal life and durability. It includes large, 46mm piston for more consistent damping. The 5/8 inch diameter nitro steel piston rod provides the most off-road durability in a shock. It includes more responsive polyurethane bushings. The extended length of this shock absorber is 29.980 and the collapsed length is 17.780.
