This vacuum pack machine is amazing. Its good because it does the basics very well ie vacuuming and sealing - which is all you need. It has less to go wrong, nice solid construction (but not overly heavy) and is British made. The other great selling point for me was that you can buy spare parts if anything does need replacing in the future. Buffalo are a respected professional commercial kitchen appliance manufacturer and their stuff is made to last. But with confidence !
