Unfortunately these were too small for my project however, the quality was awesome! I bought the right size and love them!These blank dice are very evenly cut and evenly weighted. There are no rough parts, and they roll smoothly, too. They are also easy to label/decorate. My kids were very concerned about the way we mark the sides -- to be sure it doesn't make the dice lopsided and essentially turn them into loaded dice. So we have been doing lots of dice tosses to test each one.I am an artist and love painting on a variety of surfaces. I think I am going to paint different nature scenes from our area on each of the sides of these. I have ordered this brand of wood products before, and I have always been very satisfied. These are perfect for my project!I have a game that has 2 specialty wooden dice. I've always wanted to get extra dice for the game so everyone could have their own set instead of passing them around the table. These fit the bill nicely. I used a black sharpie to fill in the sides and did a series of roll testing on them to make sure they were not weighted on any one side. I modified 3 sets of 2 for use with my game and all roll just as randomly as the ones that came with the game. (at least as far as I can tell)I got these to make oracle dice. Perfect size. Takes paint easily.
